This critical role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment within ASH Hospital. The Building Engineer will be the primary point of contact for service calls, ensuring all maintenance and repair requests are handled as efficiently as possible. Key responsibilities include coordinating and completing all work requests, assigning priorities, and delegating tasks to external vendors when necessary, followed by thorough follow-up to guarantee completion.
