Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Building 2 - Rothschild, WI 54474Position Summary: Wausau Tile is seeking a Material Handling & Packaging Specialist who is hardworking, safety-conscious, and quality-driven. The ideal candidate will thrive in both team environments and independent settings with minimal supervision. This role is essential to ensuring that raw materials and finished products are properly handled, staged, and shipped in accordance with production timelines and quality standards. The primary shift is 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM as needed to cover vacations or absences. Key Responsibilities: Material Handling & Staging: Retrieve and stage materials from indoor inventory and outdoor yard storage. Operate forklifts and bobcats to transport and position materials. Perform inventory transactions using MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Perform routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance on material handling equipment.
