Experienced Project Management Specialist – Culture, Engagement, Integration & Employee Involvement Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Experienced Project Manager to serve as the Culture, Engagement, Integration & Employee Involvement (EI) for the San Antonio MRO site. This role combines operational ownership of Employee Involvement (EI) across 14 teams with leadership of site-wide culture, engagement, and event integration activities. The selected candidate will act as a central integrator across operations, leadership, and employee experience initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, clear communication, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic MRO environment.
