Job Summary The Assembly Technician - Temporary is responsible for hands-on assembly of prototype parts for battery pack systems. This is a temporary contract position with American Battery Solutions. Responsibilities: - Hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the successful assembly and building of products to meet customer requirements and expectations. - Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals. - Assemble highly complex mechanical and electrical components. - Report back to Lead Prototype Build Technician issues encountered to eliminate future production problems. - Perform preventive maintenance/maintenance activities to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). - Participate when required in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and work instruction reviews. - Identify and support continuous improvements projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.) - Support other Prototype areas as required. - Support weekend and off-shift work as required. - Support multiple facilities in other states. - Data entry into multiple platforms. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment. - Adhere to and support compliance with...
