Job description
As part of the HRIS & Data Analytics team, the HR Data & Analytics Senior Specialist is responsible for defining the Group-level HR Data Strategy and implementing the HR Data platform to meet the analytical needs of the HR function. Working closely with the HR Data Analytics team and the global data team, the HR Data & Analytics Senior Specialist ensures the establishment of consistent and coherent indicators across the Group. The role involves direct collaboration with the HRIS team to identify data sources and to support the reliability and quality of this data. Additionally, the HR Data & Analytics Senior Specialist supports the HR function in adopting a data-driven approach by developing communication and training plans focused on effective data usage. The HR Data & Analytics Senior Specialist works in close partnership with HR teams to identify data, enabling the creation of reports and Dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders aligned with the Group’s HR vision.
