Job Description What is the opportunity?: The primary role of the incumbent is to support the team who executes control assessment activities, which evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls in line with RBC’s Internal Control Policy and Standard. The incumbent will support risk management practices and control assessment programs. The incumbent works closely with and reports to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Control Testing. The incumbent is expected to be a key liaison, working closely in partnership between business partners, and managing stakeholder engagement. What will you do?: What do you need to succeed? Must-have: - Supports strategic activities to help us deliver on key regulatory commitments for control assessments. - Perform control assessment activities in line with Enterprise policies and standards. - Contribute to ad-hoc assignments/special process improvement projects to enhance maturity of the program/increase efficiencies etc. - Participate in regular discussions with Management on strategies, work plans and other matters. - Assist with development and maintenance of tools utilized to execute and memorialize risk assessments and control testing....
