Min USD $20.01/Hr. Max: USD $31.02/Hr. Overview: The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees departmental environmental services operations, including direct supervision of staff. Responsible for coordinating daily work activities, developing employee schedules, and determining appropriate methods, procedures, and equipment required to complete assigned duties efficiently and safely. Promotes high levels of employee performance, productivity, and service quality. Ensures compliance with Memorial Health policies, procedures, and organizational standards. Education: Licensure/Certification/Registry: Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - None required. - One to three (1–3) years of leadership or supervisory experience required. - Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required; prior healthcare environmental services or housekeeping experience preferred.
