Summer Practice - OAM KPI Insight Tool

Job description

You will be part of a team responsible for developing an OAM KPI Insights Tool that automates KPI data collection and improves visibility into performance across releases. The tool will replace manual Excel-based tracking and provide interactive dashboards for analyzing KPI trends, highlighting improvements and degradations, and linking operational insights such as Pronto tickets and Features directly to KPI changes. The solution aims to increase transparency, improve decision-making, and enable faster identification of performance issues across releases through clear and interactive data visualization.
