THE JOB: As a Casino Host Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Casino Marketing team by promptly fulfilling requests from Casino Marketing Executives while delivering unmatched service to our valued guests. By anticipating needs and creating seamless experiences, you’ll help foster meaningful, long-lasting relationships and WOW moments that extend well beyond each guest’s visit. THE STARTING RATE: $22.45: THE DAY-TO-DAY: Provide support for Casino Marketing Operations and for Executives, assisting with reservation bookings and inquiries, and coordinating reservations for casino rooms, dining, golf, transportation, cabanas, amenities, spas, and nightclubs as needed Answer ACD (automatic call distribution) lines, while maintaining awareness of hotel services, local attracti...
