Assists the supervisor and cooks in the day to day operations and maintenance of the culinary department. Duties include but are not limited to: - Cleans all restaurant and kitchen equipment, sinks, tables and drains in an orderly and consistent manner. - Ensures the cleaning and sanitizing of all walk-in refrigerators.
