In-Flight Catering Coordinator

Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Operations team as an In-Flight Catering Coordinator at our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Overall, the In-Flight Catering Coordinator is responsible for handling the ordering in-fight catering and confirmation processes for our internal and external customers. This position works closely with several departments within Operations and plays an integral role in maintaining relationships with all of our vendors and flight crews across the network. Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of in-person, telephone, and email correspondence from an extensive variety of Operations Control and external contacts. - Order and confirm all daily in-flight catering. - Communicate to flight crews, team members, and vendors related to items that may impact all catering services transactions. - Trouble-shoot potential service deviations because of flight schedule changes and proactively address to avoid disservice. - Placing last minute orders with vendors such as door dash or grub hub - Conduct various accounting related tasks including tracking, monitoring, and validating in-flight catering invoices and credit card tra...
