Tasks and Responsibilities: The tasks and Responsibilities can be split in the following subjects: First point of contact to his/her team depositary officers Develop an approach for team members to achieve common/team goals Assign tasks to team members and guide them in their work Coach, motivate and provide guidance to team members in developing themselves and achieving personal goals Responsible for the bi-annually and yearly evaluation cycle of his/her team Optimize internal processes and contribute to organization-wide projects Completion and review of depositary activities including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight procedures Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients Determine timelines and monitor progress in consultation with team members Operate as a key part of the team to deliver a client focused, high quality service Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective Reports to the Depositary directors and works closely with the rest of the CSC leadership team on a strategic, tactical and operational level to achieve the ambitions of CSC Netherlands and to continue to develop CSC's Depositar...
