Leading a category, you will provide world class customer service, and role model our Harrods Values with a can-do attitude. You strive to deliver above and beyond for your customers and colleagues every day. You always keep ahead of the game, researching new products before they launch, becoming well versed and ready to share your exceptional product knowledge. You love keeping up to date with the latest beauty trends, especially within your Category space. About the Role: You will be accountable for delivering on trade targets and educating our valued customers on the best beauty products and routines. You will be an ambassador across the store for the Harrods Standard, The Beauty of Selling and be a go-to person for updated product knowledge and new brand/product launches.
