Our employees are the strength that keeps us moving forward. Our South office is looking for a full-time Medical Assistant Pump Downloader to join the Clinical team! The Medical Assistant (MA)-Pump Downloader is responsible for downloading CGM and pump data for patient appointments. This role also prepares patients to be seen by providers. This position may also assist with other clinical duties. Key Functions include but are not limited to: Downloads all patient pump/CGMS data in preparation for incoming appointments Gathers and prepares provider chart notes daily Rooms and interviews patients for medical history, prescription changes, and other updates.
