Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 14 years of experience leading negotiations or business development. - Experience in interacting with governments on tech policy issues. Preferred qualifications: - 7 years of experience in policy, communications or law. - Experience in leading cross-functional programs. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and tech policy equities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a changing environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
