Land Development Project Manager

Job description

The Land Development Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery and pre-positioning of data center real estate needed to build out cloud infrastructure. This person will be a key party responsible for coordination across the Land Acquisition, Engineering and Design, Utility, Fiber, Environmental, and Construction Teams and other key parties (both internal and external) to ensure an end-to-end coordinated delivery for datacenter development. The Land Development Project Manager will be a key player in the strategy, development, execution, and site development of our projects. Specific Job Task: Land development and permitting strategy development and execution; stakeholder engagement; utility connection/construction/development agreements, integrated project planning; contract and budget management; liaison with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs); tracking and completing deliverables in accordance with development schedule.
