Position Title Clinical Case Management Supervior Days - Full Time: Olathe Hospital: Position Summary / Career Interest: Under the direction of the Manager of Case Management and in collaboration with the hospital leadership team, has responsibility for daily operational management of the Care Management teams, including orientation and ongoing staff development. Is responsible for the planning, directing and team oversight of Care Management implementation at The University of Kansas Hospital. The Supervisor provides direction to the Integrated Nurse Case Managers and Social Work Case Managers. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: - Identifies, monitors and reports opportunities for quality and performance improvement - Assists with hiring and performance evaluation of the staff. - Creates and maintains a supportive work environment for the staff. - Makes recommendations and provides opportunities for growth and development of personnel. - Promotes a level of professionalism within the team, both in culture and appearance.
