Business & Portfolio Management Lead We are looking for a highly motivated and delivery-oriented professional to join the Global Delivery, Data & AI Transformation (DD&AI) organisation as Business & Portfolio Management Lead. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the newly established, DD&AI organisation within Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (FCFP), translating strategy into execution and enabling effective decision‑making across a complex, global landscape. The team: In this role, you act as a trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the Global Head of Delivery, Data & AI Transformation and his senior leadership team. You work closely with Tribe Leads, Country Delivery Leads, and core stakeholders to provide structure, governance and performance transparency across a global organisation of 900+ FTE, while leading a globally distributed team of 6 FTE.
