What You'll Actually Earn Base pay starts at $22/hr — but that's not what our guys take home. We pay a production bonus on top of your base with no cap. Most of our current installers are averaging $45/hr when you factor in their bonus. If you're efficient and do quality work, your paycheck reflects it.
