In this flexible role, you’ll support clinic operations by covering shifts at all four of our clinic locations as needed, including two clinics in Ukiah, one in Willits, and one in Lakeport. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and efficient experience across our sites. About the Role: As a Float PSR, you’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and support front office operations wherever coverage is needed.
