Training Specialist/Operations Analyst (Navy/DoD)

THOR Solutions is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist/Operations Analyst to join our team at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) in San Diego, CA , as part of the Technology Innovation Engineering (TIE) group. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver and maintain training for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other tools used by project managers and business financial managers. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating, developing, and delivering training sessions in a US Navy/DoD environment, while also handling various project management and reporting tasks. Typical Responsibilities: Location : Primarily local remote. At least one onsite day every two weeks is required, as well as periodic in-person meeting attendance. Onsite days are based at NIWC PAC Point Loma in San Diego, CA. Work Schedule : This position follows the California Alternate Work Week Schedule: Monday – Thursday are 9-hour days, Fridays are alternating 8- or 0-hour days, for a total of 80-hours for every two weeks.
