Job description

We are currently seeking a Vice President for our Valuation Advisory Services practice having a solid professional experience in finance and accounting, to manage complex assignments for our clients, including independent and strategic business valuations, financial damages analysis and lost profits determination, intangible assets valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment tests, structuring, and valuation of management incentive and equity ‑ based compensation programmes, fairness opinions and financial modelling. Day-to-day responsibilities: Managing valuation and financial analysis, including determining appropriate methodology, building and reviewing financial models, drafting valuation and expert reports Supervising and mentoring staff on analyses, reports, and presentations Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement Providing insight and expertise on target industries, market and competitor information Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients Essential traits: The ideal candid...
