Finance Internship - Crop Science (m/f/d) FINANCE INTERNSHIP – Crop Science (m/f/d) Bayer Crop Science is a leading agricultural company specializing in innovative crop protection products, seeds and digital solutions to support farmers in sustainably increasing productivity. Bayer Crop Science is looking for a brilliant Finance Intern to support the Finance Italy/Greece team with the automation and digitalization, enabling the usability of the Finance data within the commercial teams. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements - Support in planning and organizing data flows to support finance-related processes and decision-making - Assist the Finance and the commercial teams in the digital transformation, maximizing the usability of dashboards with key metrics and performance WHO YOU ARE: Type of contract: Internship (6 months) - Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering or Management Engineering - Highly motivated, proactive, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and challenges - Flexibility and excellent analytical skills co...
