We are looking for Dispatcher to join the team at our Lake Okahumpka Hauling location in Lake County, FL. . In this position you will be taking calls from our customers and dispatching our drivers to the customers. This is a very fast paced position that requires strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. As a member of our world class Dispatch Team, you will feel like you’re a part of something bigger than yourself. Our team works together towards a common goal, making our Customer Service the best in the industry! Monday-Friday starting at 8:00am – 5:00pm, typically working 10 hour days. 45-50 hour weeks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems. - Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries for missed pick-ups, misplaced containers and property damage. - Assisting driver(s) when a pick up or delivery is in question before servicing. - Scheduling...
