Job Description: Section 1: Position Summary In addition to duties performed by a Senior Trust Analyst, the Senior Specialist is able to assume broader responsibilities that directly support their Manager. From leading projects and process improvement initiatives, to supporting the onboarding and learning of new associates, to serving as a temporary back-up in the Manager's absence, the Senior Specialist will demonstrate advanced communication and decision making skills. Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert who represents the broader interests of the department or division by both leading and participating in strategic initiatives, projects, and organization change management.
