Come and join us! We invite you to become our new Customer Care Contract Expert - Turkey Do You Also Believe People Are a Company’s Greatest Asset? Reporting to our Customer Care Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring colleagues in a dynamic environment. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Care Contract Expert include, but are not limited to, the following: - Serve as the primary point of contact for Hempel’s top‑tier customers following the sales process. - Manage large‑scale customer projects, including forecasting customer needs and coordinating all required documentation. - Validate operational contract terms after the initial sale. - Handle complex customer inquiries, including order placement, order tracking, delivery status updates, product information, and related requests. - Prioritize customer purchase orders and coordinate supply accordingly. - Manage and resolve customer complaints. - Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues. - Participate in internal strategic initiatives and projects.
