Job description
We are building a fleet of autonomous AI agents operating as functional team members across a multi-entity organization. Each agent is provisioned with its own communication stack (email, phone, calendar, video) and operating system defining identity, tools, behavior, and decision-making authority. Agents run across multiple orchestration frameworks and execute real business workflows. This role owns building, deploying, calibrating, and maintaining these agents at production quality across environments. - Build, configure, and deploy AI agents across multiple orchestration frameworks and runtimes - Manage full agent lifecycle: setup, calibration with human teams, monitoring, and optimization - Integrate agents with core systems (email, telephony, CRM, scheduling, automation tools) - Maintain agent performance: uptime, memory integrity, and correct self-update behavior - Enforce cross-entity governance, routing, and compliance requirements - Troubleshoot runtime, integration, and credential issues across environments Requirements: - Experience with 2+ AI agent frameworks (OpenClaw, Hermes, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Claude Code) - Strong understanding of system pr...
