Description Construction Project Manager – Albuquerque, NM Burgos Group: Primary Accountabilities: Burgos Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client, Sandia National Laboratory located in Albuquerque, NM. The CPM shall have requisite knowledge and expertise in the required management, project, and/or discipline(s) area as it relates to construction project management objectives and technical support requirements. The Construction Project Manager shall have general management experience required to identify project finite work elements from conveyed requirements, set up systematic management oversight controls, and bring project efforts to completion within safety, budget, and schedule while achieving technical and quality objectives. The Project Manager will also represent the Subcontractor at project meetings and have the authority on behalf of the Subcontractor to make changes necessary to achieve project goals. This is a local hire position as per diem or expenses are not covered for this opportunity. A Q or L Clearance will be required.
