Lean Manufacturing Specialist Krzeszowice |: 100 | Unlimited Your tasks: We are currently looking for an experienced Lean Manufacturing Specialist. This role supports Lean initiatives across the organization by implementing Lean tools and methodologies, as well as identifying and optimizing processes based on Lean principles. The position involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary). Key tasks: - Supporting local implementation of the Lean system - Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Lean tools (such as 5S, Employee Suggestion System, Shop Floor Management, Standard Work) - Initiating, leading, and supervising Continuous Improvement projects that support the plant’s operational and strategic goals - Leading and actively taking part in continuous improvement workshops, collecting and initiating ideas and supporting their implementation - Preparing data and simple reports on project progress and Lean indicators for management - Identifying and opt...
