Despatch Manager 4WD Supacentre | Geelong Everyday legends wanted. At 4WD Supacentre, great customer experiences don’t just happen on the sales floor. They’re built out the back through speed, accuracy and doing things properly. We’re looking for a Despatch Manager to take ownership of our in-store warehouse and despatch operations. This role is critical to keeping the business moving and making sure customers get their gear right, on time, every time. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, pace and accountability. What you’ll be doing: As the Despatch Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end flow of stock in your store. From receivals to click and collect, replenishment to dispatch, the warehouse is your domain. You’ll work closely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to support revenue, minimise disruption and deliver a smooth customer experience.
