Job Summary: The Purchasing Assistant will assist various departments in placing purchase orders for needed supplies, verifying when received, and be primary contact with third party vendors. Job Responsibilities: - Order supplies for individual departments and maintains purchase requirements - Oversee Uniform Program - Oversee all outside vendor services - Researches and answer vendor tickets when purchase orders have discrepancies - Produce and maintain various receiving reports and distributes as needed - Assist with collection of production data - Various administrative duties such as: filing, copying, etc. - May backup other d...
