The Impact You Will Make The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Professional supports the organization’s continuous improvement efforts by analyzing processes, identifying waste and variation, and executing improvement projects using Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies. The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, while helping build standard work and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Identify improvement opportunities through process observation, data analysis, and stakeholder input; document current-state process flows and pain points. - Support or lead small-to-medium improvement projects using Lean / Six Sigma tools. - Facilitate or co-facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops; help teams implement and sustain countermeasures. - Monitor implemented changes and recommend adjustments to ensure improvements stick (control plans, visual management, process confirmation). - Establish and maintain dashboards or KPI tracking for improvement initiatives; analyze tren...
