Provider Arrangements Analyst, Senior

Job description

Day (United States of America) Provider Arrangements Analyst, Senior Position is primarily responsible for supporting the accurate, timely and efficient processing of provider compensation to include base pay, shift/hourly pay, incentives and any other cash compensation to providers. This may be accomplished through direct analysis and/or the development and support of systems designed to promote accurate and timely payroll. Position will ensure all payments align with contract terms and will coordinate and perform periodic audits and reconciliations as assigned. Additionally, this position may be responsible for evaluating and monitoring provider initiatives as they relate to contracting, compensation, strategic planning, efficiency & recruitment/retention. Additionally, the position may be responsible for coordinating compensation valuations and the commercial reasonableness documentation of arrangements with providers. Expectation is for the development of best practice approaches to carry out responsibilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
