Job Description The Retail Operator Lead is responsible for ensuring all retail operations, including micro-markets, coffee bars, and office dining areas are maintained and serviced properly. Work in a timely and efficient manner to gather products, deliver and stock retail spaces, and respond to customer inquiries, while managing inventory and quality control.
