Description General Job Summary: Contributes in the delivery of excellent orthopaedic care in a patient centered environment while focusing on their individual needs. Essential Job Functions: 1. Operates only the general diagnostic equipment as permitted within the scope of the LMXO license. 2. Individuals in this position will work under limited supervision and must be able to exercise independent judgment and initiative while working under protocols established by orthopaedic Physicians. 3. Communicate and work well in the clinical environment with interaction with patients, fellow workers, physicians and others. 4. Provides compassionate support to patients in distress to allow for utmost dignity. 5. Maintain radiological quality assurance standards. 6. Adheres to the LXMO or GXMO scope of practice per federal/state laws. 7. Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards of the organization. 8. Ensure certifications are current and up to date. 9. Transfer patients with ambulatory issues as needed. 10. Clerical duties such as, but not limited to, paperwork, orders and clinical documentation. 11.
