Job Description: Clinic Nurses are responsible for providing assistance to providers in the direct and indirect care of Practice Management patients. Performs patient or office related duties including but not limited to clinical measurements and data collection. Documents data and provider directed information clearly and accurately in patient records. Functions clinically as support staff to provider(s). Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients seen in the Infectious Disease Clinic, with dual support responsibilities in the Wound Care Center as needed. This role supports providers through clinical coordination, patient education, care management, and procedural assistance while ensuring evidence-based practice, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
