Hourly Pay Range: $56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Primary Care - Internal Medicine - Location: 9301 Golf Rd, Suite 302, Des Plaines - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week - Clinic Hours: Monday and Friday, 7am - 5pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7am - 7pm. One evening requirement - One Saturday per month required, 8am - 12pm - Rotating Call - Setting: Outpatient Job Description: Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Primary Care department. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen and pre/post operative instructions. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures.
