Why you'll love this job: The Director, Component Shops provides leadership for the Tulsa Base Maintenance Component Repair Organization (CRO) and oversees warranty recovery performance across shop operations. This role is responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations; continuous improvement initiatives; and managing supplier warranty claims, RMAs, and recovery processes.
