AT A GLANCE: Permanent contract, full-time: Based in Tours (Indre-et-Loire, 37), France As soon as possible: Master’s degree or PhD with a specialization in plant breeding, quantitative genetics, or a related field 5 to 10 years of experience in plant breeding, ideally in hybrid crops YOUR MISSION: You will contribute to the development, evaluation and delivery of improved cocoa varieties aligned with Nestlé’s business, sustainability and regenerative agriculture ambitions. You will work in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners across cocoa producing regions. You will lead projects to further develop or test methodologies in predictive breeding for cocoa.
