Our Security & TechOps function is looking for a TechOps Lead (f/m/d) to build and scale the technical foundation that keeps Moss secure, reliable, and operationally efficient as we grow. This is a strategic player–coach role: you will lead and develop the TechOps team while shaping the operating model, automation strategy, and governance framework for workplace infrastructure, identity, and core business systems.
