Summary: In this role, the intern will conduct and compile market research for senior appraisers. The intern will utilize primary and secondary sources by performing market participant surveys and compiling data from multiple online platforms: county records, GIS mapping, Costar, LandVision, and others. The intern will also maintain our property database with comparables. The intern will support our Seniors Housing team, which focuses on the valuation of senior living communities across the country.
