Job description

Warranty Engineer w/ Specialty (Charging & Distribution, Body Electronics & ADAS) are responsible for leading and managing the resolution of warranty issues, with an emphasis on problem-solving, root cause analysis, and validation. This role requires a proactive approach to tackling quality concerns, driving improvements, and ensuring the efficient resolution of warranty-related issues. The Warranty Engineer will work closely with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm issues, propose solutions, and track progress in delivering resolutions This position requires knowledge expertise in one or more of the following advanced electronics systems areas: ADAS, Body Electronics, Power Distribution, Starting, and Charging. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, supplier quality, and manufacturing) to implement corrective actions. - Comfortable leading complex electrical component & systems problem root cause analysis. - Conduct vehicle reviews as necessary at offsite locations, such as engineering centers, dealers, and assembly plants, to identify and confirm the root cause - Responsible for proposing solutions, validatin...
