JOB SUMMARY: Our small, global group of litigators work closely with other legal and business teams to protect Accenture from financial and reputational risk by: · shaping and managing risk mitigation and margin protection strategies; · resolving disputes, commercial litigation and significant compliance incidents; · notifying our insurers and reporting to our C Suite; and · managing complex commercial, criminal and employment litigation through the courts.
