This role involves assisting in the remediation and restoration of properties affected by water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. The technician will be responsible for mitigation, cleanup, demolition, and equipment setup while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Property Restoration & Mitigation: - Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire/smoke/mold remediation, and debris removal. - Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and air filtration equipment. - Clean and deodorize affected properties using industry-approved techniques and equipment. - Assist in demolition and removal of damaged materials when necessary.
