Job Description Summary Job Description: The People Analytics Analyst transforms HR and workforce data into strategic insights that support data‑driven business decisions. As a Qlik Sense (Qlik) analytics expert, this role designs and delivers advanced dashboards, reports, and data solutions that enable leadership to understand workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. The Analyst partners with HR leadership and business stakeholders to define workforce metrics, support strategic planning, and communicate actionable insights. While this role is not Workday‑centric, baseline knowledge and exposure to Workday reporting is required to understand source data, validate outputs, and collaborate effectively with HR and HRIS partners. The Analyst supports project delivery through high‑quality business analysis, identifies and implements improvement initiatives, ensures data governance and compliance, and continuously enhances the organization’s people analytics capabilities.
