Description Reports To: Operations Manager or Project Manager FLSA: Non-Exempt Position Summary: Responsible for daily work at sites in or around KY including own travel arrangements and on time start of work. Work includes plumbing, piping, sprinkler and heating systems, which includes coordination, installation and repair of sanitary, storm, water, oil and gas fixtures and equipment for mechanical systems. Individual should be able to read and understand blueprints, communicate effectively with all other people on the jobsite, including our sub-contractors, and work as a team with other departments and divisions. Represents TP Mechanical Contractors in a professional manner. Should also be able to accept direction and/or lead and delegate work. Will typically run work up to $3 million. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Responsible for all on sight activity regarding manpower, materials and scheduling. Is the point of contact for the customer/general contractor/owner. 2. Ensures safety is the number one priority on the jobsite. Conduct pre-safety meetings before job begins as well as weekly safety reports and toolbox talks. Will have completed the OSHA 30-hour training at a minimum....
