This chapter will create a new data capability for Consumer, overseeing the data architecture, tooling and frameworks our engineers and data scientists work with to build and deploy capability, the way we source our data and join it together and it will oversee the quality and availability of that data too. Your output supports decision making for our key stakeholders through quality and actionable insights to deliver a holistic customer view, while also working closely with the rest of data and decisioning to ensure best practices are shared across the team.
