Job Summary: Under close supervision, the Student Advisor Trainee assists with the delivery of student services by learning to provide general information and support to prospective and current students regarding program offerings, admissions, enrollment processes, and student resources. The incumbent performs structured tasks using established guidelines and procedures, including assisting with application processing, maintaining student records, and supporting SEVIS-related activities, while referring moderate to complex or non-routine issues to higher-level staff.
