No need to schedule in advance, please join us at any time during the event for an interview Hiring Event Instructions: - When you arrive at the store, please follow the signs for hiring event location, or ask any Nordstrom employee for direction - You are welcome to bring a copy of your resume, but it is not required - Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview process - On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles Physical Requirements: Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
