Come join our incredible Rockford Primary Care team for a unique opportunity to work weekends in Primary Care and enjoy your week days off to support your personal schedule. This new program offers premium pay, full-time benefits, no on-call obligation, and reduced in basket work. Rockford Primary Care is looking for an experienced ( 2+ years primary care experience ) Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum. Schedule: Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm week. These are set days due to space constraints and cannot be modified. Practice currently has 12 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers.
